At QuickGenie, we believe tech support should be for everyone, no exceptions. Our mission is to make technology work for people from all walks of life, and that means creating a safe, inclusive experience for both customers and technicians.

We have zero tolerance for discrimination of any kind. This includes—but isn’t limited to—discrimination based on:


  • Age

  • Disability or medical condition

  • Gender identity or expression

  • Marital or family status

  • National origin or ethnicity

  • Pregnancy

  • Race or color

  • Religion or beliefs

  • Sex or sexual orientation

We don’t allow anyone to refuse services, deliver poor treatment, or behave inappropriately toward others because of these characteristics. This applies to both customers and technicians using QuickGenie services.

Discrimination of any kind may lead to immediate removal and loss of access to QuickGenie services for the person responsible.
