❓ What is QuickGenie?

Think of QuickGenie as your personal tech sidekick. We’re the folks you call when your computer acts up, your Wi-Fi drops out, your TV needs mounting, or you want your home a little “smarter.” From in-store tune-ups to full smart home setups, we’re here to make tech easy and stress-free.


❓ How do I book a service?

Easy peasy. Call or text (408) 839-9298, or hop on quickgenie.store to request an appointment. We’ll lock in a time that works for you, confirm it, and you’re all set.


❓ When will my tech arrive?

We’ll give you a heads-up before we show up. Expect a confirmation the day before your appointment and a text or call about 30–60 minutes before we roll up to your door.


❓ Are you available in my area?

If you’re in the South Bay Area (Santa Clara, San Jose, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, and nearby) — you’re in luck! We’ll come to you. If you’re outside this area, we might be able to help remotely, depending on your issue.


❓ What are your hours?

We’re open 7 days a week, by appointment only. We keep things flexible because life isn’t 9-to-5. Store visits and drop-offs? Just give us a quick call or text first to make sure we’re ready for you.


❓ How much do you charge?
  • In-home visits: $199 for the first hour, $149/hour after that

  • QuickGenie+ Members: $99/hour flat rate 

  • In-store diagnostics: Free (most quick fixes start at $99)

No surprise bills. We always talk pricing before doing anything major. 


❓ What’s QuickGenie+ and why should I care?

QuickGenie+ is like having a VIP tech hotline on speed dial. Members get:

  • Cheaper hourly rates

  • Free annual tune-ups

  • Priority scheduling (even on weekends)

  • Extra perks throughout the year

Two plans, Essential ($19/mo) or Pro ($39/mo). It’s peace of mind for all your devices.


❓ What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Plans change — no problem. Just let us know at least 12 hours in advance so we can free up the slot.
Missed appointment or no one home? There’s a $50 failed visit fee, but we’d much rather just reschedule.


❓ Who’s coming to my house? Are your techs reliable?

Absolutely. Every QuickGenie tech goes through background checks, skills testing, and training. We don’t send anyone we wouldn’t trust in our own homes.


❓ Can I ask for extra help while you’re here?

Of course! If it’s something small and we’ve got the time and tools, we’ll get it done. Bigger jobs may need a quote or a follow-up visit, but we’ll always let you know upfront.


❓ Do you help businesses too?

Yep. We offer Managed IT, network setup, cabling, and tech support for small and medium businesses. Business plans are separate from QuickGenie+ because they usually need more hands-on care.


❓ What if the problem’s bigger than expected?

We’ll pause, explain what’s going on, give you an updated estimate, and only continue if you’re happy with it. No pressure, no sneaky fees.
