At QuickGenie, we’re committed to delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and tech solutions you can depend on. To protect your investment, we offer a 30-day Limited Warranty on eligible services and parts. This policy outlines what is covered, what isn’t, and how we support you if something doesn’t work as expected.
What’s Covered
✅ Service Workmanship Guarantee – 30 Days
If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days of service (e.g., hardware, software, or configuration problems previously addressed by QuickGenie), we will re-evaluate and resolve it at no additional charge — excluding standard re-visit fees.
✅ Parts & Products Installed by QuickGenie
If a part we provided and installed fails within 30 days due to a defect, we’ll replace it at no cost. Beyond 30 days, we assist with manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
What’s Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, spills, or power issues
- Wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or user-induced problems
- Software errors introduced after service (e.g., downloads, updates, malware)
- Failures due to unauthorized repairs, third-party products, or accessories not installed by QuickGenie
- Devices or parts not supplied by QuickGenie
Product Sales Are Final — No Returns
All products purchased through QuickGenie — whether at our store or during an on-site visit — are final sale and non-refundable.
Our team carefully selects and recommends products suited to your specific setup. Since most items are installed, configured, and often replace previous equipment (which may be removed or discarded), returns are not feasible once a product has been opened, installed, or activated.
🔒 Example:
If we install a smart lock and remove your old one (which may be recycled or discarded at your request), reinstallation or returns are no longer possible.
🛠️ Instead of Returns:
If a product is defective, we’ll:
- Help you file a manufacturer warranty claim
- Reinstall a replacement if covered under the original scope of service
We encourage customers to ask questions before purchasing — we’re here to help you make informed decisions.
Limit of Liability
QuickGenie’s total liability under this Limited Warranty is capped at the original cost of service or product provided. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or productivity
- Third-party software issues
- Consequential or incidental damages

Extended warranties from manufacturers may still apply beyond our 30-day coverage.
