QuickGenie warrants the Hardware/Software Products/Services it offers which will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. As further described in the following text, the limited warranty term is 30 days beginning on the date of invoice. After 30 days, QuickGenie will send defective materials to the manufacturer. Processing will be dependent upon the manufacturer's warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including accidents, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power. Our warranty excludes servicing not authorized by QuickGenie, usage not following product instructions, failure to perform required preventive maintenance, and problems caused by the use of parts and components not supplied by QuickGenie.

QuickGenie is not responsible for 3rd party software, applications, external devices not provided and installed by QuickGenie, or software downloaded from the internet.

Product returns are allowed within 15 days from the date of delivery. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Returns must be in new, re-sellable condition and have all packaging materials, books, disks, software, and other related accessories.

All our on-site repairs/services are backed by a 30 days limited warranty, if the same hardware/software issue reappears, we cover it in the same scope of services, the customer only pays for re-visit/service call charges, not for the repairs/services. If the same part that was replaced earlier has failed within 30 days, it will be replaced for no cost to the client.
