Terms & Limitations of Our Service Assurance

While we are committed to providing a high level of customer satisfaction, the following terms and conditions apply to our Quality Service Guarantee:


1. Timeframe for Reporting Issues:

Customers must report any service-related concerns within 7 calendar days of the service date to qualify for resolution under this guarantee.


2. Resolution Timeframe:

We aim to respond to all guarantee-related concerns within 2 business days and work toward a resolution within 5–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.


3. What’s Covered:
  • Service errors or incomplete work directly resulting from our technician’s actions.

  • Product installation support and configuration issues performed by QuickGenie.

  • Repeat visits or remote troubleshooting at no extra cost only if the issue is directly related to the original service.


4. What’s Not Covered:
  • Issues caused by third-party devices, software conflicts, or customer misuse.

  • Incidental damages, data loss, or issues not directly related to our original service.

  • Services provided outside the scope of work quoted or agreed upon.


5. Limit of Liability:

QuickGenie’s total liability is limited to the cost of the original service. We are not liable for any consequential damages, including loss of data, productivity, or equipment failure resulting from or after the service.


6. Eligibility:

This policy applies only to services and repairs performed directly by QuickGenie or its authorized technicians. Third-party installations or products purchased outside of QuickGenie are not covered.
