At QuickGenie, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you’re not entirely satisfied with a purchase, we’re here to help—within fair and reasonable limits that ensure mutual respect between business and customer.

1. Return Window & Eligibility


  • You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received to qualify.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice) is required.
  • All return requests must be authorized via email before items are returned.

2. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded, whether opened or unopened:


  • Ink cartridges, toners
  • Printers
  • Internal/External HDDs, SSDs, backup drives
  • Batteries or power-related consumables
  • Downloadable software, license keys, or digital tools
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Items marked “final sale” or discounted under clearance

Additionally, biohazardous, unsanitary, or damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for return.

3. Service Refunds

All residential and business service calls are time-based and billed hourly. These services include, but are not limited to:


  • On-site diagnostics
  • In-store evaluations
  • Installation support
  • Troubleshooting sessions

Service call fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or final resolution.

This is because service charges compensate for:

  • The technician’s time and labor
  • Travel time and fuel costs
  • Use of specialized tools and diagnostic skills
  • The opportunity cost of reserved scheduling


⚠️ Important: 

We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved within a single visit or at all, depending on the nature of the problem. You are paying for the time and professional attempt to diagnose or repair — not for a guaranteed result. 

If a service is incomplete due to QuickGenie’s internal limitations (e.g., technician unavailability, tool constraints), we may issue a partial credit toward a future visit at our discretion.

4. Partial Refunds or Exceptions

We reserve the right to approve partial refunds in situations including:


  • Items returned used or in non-original condition
  • Missing parts not caused by our error
  • Items returned past the 30-day window but within a reasonable timeframe upon approval

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

To request an exchange, contact us at 📧 [email protected] with photos and details.

6. Gift Returns

If your item was marked as a gift at purchase:


  • You’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.
  • If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

7. Shipping & Return Instructions


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs or pickup/drop-off fees if applicable.
  • Original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insurance for items over $75.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

⚠️ Do not send your item back to the product manufacturer.

Wait for confirmation from our team before returning any item.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:


  • You’ll be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:


  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider (posting delays can vary).
